All sales are final at time of checkout and is considered processed and complete. In case of damaged products, kindly coordinate with our customer representatives in order for us to review and take action accordingly.

-You have 3 days upon delivery to file for an exchange. Anything after 3 days upon delivery is considered processed and complete. We encourage everyone to inspect the product upon delivery if the product is correct with size and design.
-All return orders must be filed within 3 days of delivery or else your order is considered final. All returns are to be inspected if still in brand new condition. All returns that are not in brand new condition is not a candidate for return or exchange.
-We do not accept cash refunds.
-If your item/s are damaged. Please send us an e-mail within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged. Kindly include photo of damaged item and we will replace that for you ASAP. All expenses will be shouldered by us.
